This agreement covers the entire U.S.  There are no minimum numbers for shipments, weights or dollar volumes that must be met for these discounts.  Whether you ship one or thirty packages per week, all members can benefit.  See the “FedEx Rate Sheet” in the DOWNLOADS section below for samples of our negotiated rates.

Participating dental practices must enroll for FedEx discounts with the process listed below.  Please do not contact FedEx directly as we must first notify them that you are eligible.

ENROLLMENT

To enroll your practice with FedEx, we must have the following information from you:

  1. The 9-digit FedEx business account number for your practice; personal accounts are not eligible for these discounts. If you do not have a business account number, see below for instructions on acquiring one at no charge with no obligation.
  2. Your practice name and address, dentist name, email address, and phone number as they appear on your current FedEx invoices or as you entered them in the FedEx system to acquire a business account number.  It is necessary for us to match the practice information as it exists in the FedEx system for the enrollment to complete.
  3. Send us the information using this link: contact us.

If your practice does not have a business account number, it is easy to sign up by phone or online for a FedEx business account at no cost and with no obligation:

Phone: Call FedEx at (800) 503-1428 for account setup and then follow their instructions for a business account.

Online: Go to the FedEx website’s account creation page by selecting the link: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/create-account.html and select the OPEN AN ACCOUNT button. After entering the practice’s Contact Details and Login Details, you will have the option in Account Details to select “Business” as the type of account you want. 

You will receive a 9-digit business account number from FedEx. This number, along with the practice name and address, dentist name, email address and phone number as registered with FedEx, will allow us to enroll the practice for the negotiated discounts. Send us the information using this link: contact us.

 

 

Because these are superior discounts, FedEx has requested that utilization of this agreement be limited to participating dentists’ exclusive use and benefit (called an On Use Requirement) and rates are to be treated as confidential information. The rate and service benefit may not be extended to any other party. Participating dentists may not under any circumstances sell, assign or otherwise transfer (including but not limited to, third-party billing) the benefit of this pricing to any non-participating party.
